SIG-IBM

Topic: The MIDI Interface:

Musician Bob Stead will talk about the MIDI interface. MIDI (Musical Instrument Digital Interface) was first conceived in 1983. In 1991, General MIDI was released. The General MIDI standard has prevailed for almost 20 years. Come and learn the elements and uses of MIDI and see where MIDI is heading in the not too distant future ... Mr. Stead plays in the Michigan Flute Orchestra and is webmaster of the Michigan Accordion Society.

Irving, which is one block north of 13 Mile Rd. The room is in the Administration section of the Fire Department building.
